We are not part of Clients Money Protection Scheme

Contract Fee:                                                          £50.00 incl. VAT

(for set up of the tenancy including preparation

and execution of the tenancy agreement.)


Addition Tenant Fee:                                           £100.00 Per Person incl. VAT

Full Referencing Fee:                                          £35.00Per Person incl. VAT

(Full references include employer’s references & previous landlord if applicable)


Check in / Inventory Fees:                                 £115.00 To £200.00

(Done by a professional inventory clerk.)


Deposit Protection Fees:                                        £42.00 incl. VAT


Lost Key Fees:                                                        £25.00 incl. VAT


Late Payment Reminder Fee:                           £30.00 incl. VAT

(Any chasing form of Rent Arrears will be subject to administration and

recovery charges of £30.00 (incl. VAT)

If any charges remain outstanding at the end

of the tenancy, Cjon Properties will deduct the amount due from the Deposit.)


Contract Renewal:                                                            £100.00 incl. VAT

(Please contact us in advance if you wish to extend your tenancy. If

the tenancy is renewed, we will make charge of £100 (incl. VAT)

to prepare the relevant paperwork for the renewal of the tenancy.)


Deposit Protection Renewal Fees:                 £43.00 incl. VAT


Substitution of Tenant Fee:                              £100.00 Per Person incl. VAT

Fees To Landlords


Let Only                                                                    9.6% Inclusive of Vat

(Let only service includes marketing property, carrying out accompanied viewings, arranging for the inventory to be carried out, carrying out the relevant checks on the potential tenant including credit checks & referencing and finalising the tenancy agreement.)


Rent Collection                                                      2.4% Inclusive of Vat

(As an additional service we can also offer a monthly rental collection, pursue non-payment of rent & provide advice on rent arrears.)


Full Management                                                 15% Inclusive of Vat                   

(Full management includes all of the above, as well as getting quotes for repairs & arranging for repairs within the property, carrying 2 routine inspections per annum & notify the landlord of the outcome, advising all relevant utility providers of changes & hold the keys throughout the tenancy term.)      


Check Out Fees:                                                    £100.00 To £200.00

(The check-out fee will include the unprotecting of the deposit where applicable& return to the relevant person.)
